I’m Susan – a freelance marketing and communications consultant who specializes in working with nonprofits and other organizations devoted to serving their communities.

For several years I worked in marketing and communications with a focus on social media for a major nonprofit in New York City. During that time I found utilizing social media was a powerful means of connecting with the public, sponsors, and business partners.

Since then, I have spent over a decade working with nonprofits, B corps, and small businesses to develop the right social media strategy for them, create online content, given social media training to individuals and large groups at conferences, and am an active online community manager.

I currently work with Tony Martignetti of Nonprofit Radio and PartnersGlobal. I’ve also worked with organizations such as Ontario Family Dentistry, Sacred Land Film Project, TechSoup Global, The Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc., NGOsource, Exygy, and the LuMind Foundation (formerly the Down Syndrome Research and Treatment Foundation).
